It is recommended to visit the official website of LIMDEP to download the software. Alternatively, the user can contact the LIMDEP support team for assistance on how to access the software.
I used Limdep to estimate the MNL for 3 groups of people with 3 different choice sets. I used the proper command, Limdep estimated the parameters and LB but could not calculate the pseudo-R2. Does anyone know how can I calculate the L0 and LC that I need for calculating the pseudo-R2?

Unfortunately, there is no guide or information regarding the process to calculate these two parameters and I recommend you contact the developers and ask for instructions. You can get in touch with them using the contact information from the official web page.
Does anyone know how to estimate nested logit in LIMDEP? How to specify variables?

There is a vast procedure that needs to be done in order to estimated nested logit in LIMDEP. Luckily for you there is a website called StatWizards that presents an example of how to nest logit in LIMPDEP. Make sure you have Excel installed to be able to input the required data into tables.
